A /now page is a small, dated snapshot of what someone is focused on right now — borrowed from the nownownow pattern. It's the highest-signal “is this person still shipping” check a visitor can run, and it doesn't have to be polished. Mine is hand-edited in lib/portfolio-data.ts.
